Polystyrene Reference Materials

Polystyrene films are often used for calibrating wavenumber accuracy and linearity. Available film thickness are 1.5 mil, 3.0 mil, and 55 micron. Also offered is a NIST traceable polystyrene reference material includes the reference material, calibration result for the material and its traceability documentation.
