Diffuse Reflectance Standards

For diffuse reflectance measurements in the NIR and UV-Visible spectral region, it is often desirable to measure against the highest possible reflectance material. The NIR and UV-Vis Diffuse Reflectance Standards are available in highly reflective diffuse gold and PTFE. Each standard is certified against a National Research Council of Canada traceable plaque standard. The Mid-IR Diffuse Reflectance Wavelength Standard is used to verify and calibrate for wavelength accuracy for diffuse reflectance measurements. This standard is NIST traceable to NIST 1921b and an analysis certificate is included.
