Auto-CrushIR Hydraulic Press

The PIKE Auto-CrushIR microprocessor controlled automated hydraulic press, introduces an element of consistency into hydraulic press applications such as pellet and thin film making. Pressure and corresponding hold time are easily entered through its integrated touch-screen control panel. Up to five pressure hold time ramps may be programmed and performed within a run. During operation the force measurement is shown on the bright color display. The pressure is released automatically after the prescribed time. This level of control enhances the uniformity and quality of transmission samples. The Auto-CrushIR hydraulic press is equipped with a transparent protective safety shield. Vacuum and other utilities can be conveniently connected to the panel located in the back of the unit.
